About
Theodor Dannecker worked in Eichmann’s section and became its adviser in occupied France. He pressed French and German offices to carry out arrests and deportations.
He later worked in Bulgaria, Italy, and Hungary. U.S. forces captured him in December 1945, and he died by suicide in custody.
In this interview
Eichmann names Dannecker as his man in Paris and uses him to explain how IV B 4 advisers worked with German envoys, police chiefs, and local governments.
The typescript sometimes spells the name Danecker.
